I think that a deadline should be set for the end of this week or sometime next week, so that this can be finalized...and I'm not just saying that because I want the 30th to win

Edit: Also, I find myself somewhat concerned at the apparent lack of Midwest enthusiasm... It would crush me to have this all organized and then just have it be 20 of us standing around watching the others spin. Not trying to throw out the negative vibes, just something to consider...
I thought there was talk about this being at the end of May so people that are graduating (or working on graduating) would be able to come.

Were you still planning to put up the money for the bar if this still happens? If not enough people were to show up, I'd help pay anything lost if we still do this, which I think we should.

I'll be there no matter what, and will help put some money down in need be. I've got a bunch of buddies at purdue, so I'll convince them to come out. Plus I know a lot of people around Indy that will be interested, so I'll do my rounds promoting this. We just need to finalize the date.
