Its my birthday soon, and i was organising a big party at a friends big house. But now that has fallen through, as we cannot confirm the venue.
So i need suggestions on how to work on getting the parents out of my house on friday night.
My mum is fine with going away for the night or so, but its my dad that remains a problem because he doesn't finish work til ten, so getting him to leave is going to be hard.
I've thought about buying them a night in a travelodge or whatever ( as there is 5 mins away from me) but its 60 quid a night!
Any other suggestions! I've got a week otherwise i have to cancel everything

Buying them a night at a DECENT hotel/chain would be better! Or alternatively, a night out in the city to a theatre or something!
Or just ask....!

Lam, I am sure some of us could chip in to help pay to get em out the house for the night, it will be just after payday after all
and if no one else who's coming is willing to donate, then they are cheap fcukers coz I make the least cash out of all of us (you're excluded uni boy )
