What's your favorite target muscle group when u workout?
I love working out my back and legs. What about you guys?

well I run 3-4 miles a day, so that's my workout for my legs, I get paid to haul around heavy boxes and stuff for the brick, so I get paid to workout my arms, which have become quite big..I ain't complaining.

I did 21's for my arms last thursday and they're still sore...I think they're gonna turn into beasts in three weeks hehehe
