Just curious how many of you are gonna be picking this game up, or already have it and what you tink of it? I loved the first one on PS, and this one looks like it's gonna blow that away. The graphics look amazing and I'm sure the game play will be spectacular. It's one of the most anticipated titles for PS2 thus far. Gonna have to put down GT 3 for a while to play this one.

Yep I'll be getting it for sure. If u wait until the 15th here you get VR Missions free @ Circuit City so I'm waiting until then. I have the demo so I know the game is going to kick ass!
it will be mine...along with many of the other awesome ps2 games out right now. too bad my budget doesnt have a large wad of cash alloted for games. plus GTA3 and MGS2 would simply keep me from doing even MORE hwk...damn you college! late/

If I was going to get an xbox, I'd get it. But I'm a Nintendo loyalist, so I don't know what I'll do. I hope they make some covert-ops game.. but I can settle for Resident EVil.

go to ign and watch the intro to the game, its insane, better than most hollywood movies! the MGS games are sweet. and you never know until youve fully experienced them. i didnt really want MGS for psx, but since it was 20 bucks and supposedly really good, i got it. its like a book you cant put down, awesome stuff...late/

Ok, well I got it today and I'm totally blown away! AMAZING GAME! I have the demo and it was great and all but I'm on the 2nd mission and there has already been a HUGE twist in the plot...I'm not going to spoil it but it's a huge shocker!

hey, just out of curiosity, does anyone experience sound outages while playing this game? sometimes when the opening cutscene starts, there will be no sound whatsoever. also in the ending when rose is talking, that actually happened to me twice...anyone else??

odd, nope. never happened to me throughout the entire course of the game at all. check your connections with your tv. if everything is plugged in then i suggest getting a newer copy.

got the game the day it came out and already beat it a few times
this is pretty much the best game ever .
btw i dont get any sound outages
could be your lazer not reading the dvd right or something
go into configure and do diagnostics
