Obviously he did more than invent the transform scratch, besides that he simply "rawks teh house" so to speak. Easily as well as any new dj. Even if you're not into hiphop you can still enjoy his mixes. |
word.. back then, like 86/87, i dont think too many djs were on jeff's level... when dj jazzy jeff & the fresh prince started out, the focus was on the dj, jazzy jeff... will smith was just a hypeman and jeff was the star... things changed when the hip hop industry found out there is more money to be made by rappers than djs.....
