is it wrong for me to be upset?
i recently bought a new set of rims for my car and therefore i had an older set for sale. i was originally going to post it up for sale at 500-600 or best offer. my friend came to me and asked me for first dibs. he tells me he wants them and wanted a 'friend' price. without question i thought he wanted to put them on his car, so i let him have it for a mere 300.
within 3 days, he turned the rims around for 600 and made 300 profit off MY price to him. the best part is, he actually had the nerves to tell me and say that he 'only' made 150 (split between him and another guy) implying that he didn't make much money.
quite frankly, i am a little choked and upset about it right now. i can understand if he used it for a while and got bored of them and sold it for more but in 3 days time, i honestly felt used. to me, this is defintely not cool and i would never do something like it.
