any tips for a first timer? This is my first time with any hallucinagen. I've only done weed and e before.

mmm Salvia. Its more of a meditation drug. Fun, but its damn harsh to smoke, taste worse than dog shit. Expect to feel like gravity has increased ten fold and that you think its damn funny that its working, yes you'll be laughing a lot, its great. and make sure you have a sitter with you.

and...

use a bong and a butane lighter.
only smoke the extract, and make sure it's "standardized."
hold the torch to the bowlpiece the entire time as you inhale, take as big of a hit as your lungs can possibly take, and hold in the hit for no less than 20 seconds.

then you should be all good.
