heheh and that was the last year it was legal, because I swear to god the sidewalks and streets were covered by them like a fucking carpet!! hehehe
the best for you is to tell your flyer boy to drop flyers at clothing stores, and to flyer in front of other clubs handing the flyer to the people and not just putting them randomly everywhere.
