My review of MTL
Visited MTL for the first time this weekend. Main reason being Swirl. But besides that, I have to say MTL is a wonderful city. We all had a pleasent time there. The sightseeing was grreat. Went to the Notre Dame Brascilla, Mont Royal, Biodome, Botanical, Insectarium. We all loved it. I have pics and will post em later.
Also ate at Petite Treehouse which was a nice place. Went to Aria and it was a pleasant crowd. Foufounes Electrique was quite enjoyable. Not to mention MTL in general has some pretty freindly people...no one there who visited T.O liked it...with good reason. MTL is ten times better than T.O in almost all aspects: roads, infrastrucure, the casino (wait T.O doesnt even have one), transportaion, river side, after hours, girls, tourism, food etc. The girls I seen at Swirl and around the city were hot, and nice on the most part...It was funny at Swirl two girls gave me the stiff arm to move out of the way...and BOTH were from T.O as I have seen them at Guvernement many times. Toronto has some really bad crime as well with its illegal immigrants and gangs.
MTL is rich in culture. T.O is very multicultural but there is no real integration. Although MTL is an old city with lots of graffitti here and there, it seems more rich that T.O with its history and vibe. I am glad Canada has a city like MTL and is probably Canada's pride. Hats off to the French...I want to come back =(
