this is not possible. But you can convert the notes of the matrix pattern to track notes: Rightclick on it and choose "convert pattern to track notes" or something likes this. Then you can export the midi file and use it in Cubase.

Like he said...you cannot control Cubase with Reason...it's the opposite, hehe.
