hi mate,

How r u ?

Remix sounds cool, nice breaks and sounds different then the original.

my opinion

-kick and bass is nice
-synthwork needs some matering, but sounds wel
-some nice fx in this
-pads are ok, specially the pad that comes around 3:25
-dont like the crash in the break
-percusion is very nice

overall good job

first of all, i found the kick to be a bit too "clicky"... i personally would like more umph to it a bit

builds up nicely to the breakdown... could use some more fx to make the string in the breakdown more massive...

btw, the strings are very nicely done

very beautiful sounding one

great job!

I haven't heard the original, so i can't compare but:

I like the bass, but as someone said earlier, maybe the kick is too clicky (turn the Tone knob down if your using Redrum, this might fix it).
It Has quite a good tech-ish sound too it.
The Pad is a common one, but still good.
I'm not that keen on the breakbeat, but the synth build-up is good.

I noticed after the breakdown, the track doesn't seem to have much "mud". (I put the 50Hz and 200Hz +2db on my EQ and it sounded nicer). Maybe it's just the low quality stream.

kick is flat mate, fix that, other than that i quite like this, good percussion, i also can hear some outback kinda sound here

some tremolo on the strings would do the thing in my opinion

cheers,

Peter

I do like the track as a whole, yeah, the kick has some issues but nothing a guy like you can not fixed, I would hate to have something negative about this, but thankfully there isn't any.
