Dont think many TA's were at this one...but here's my review of my first time seeing Morillo.
He came on around 1 and played til I believe 8, i left sometime around 530. He started off really good, then i dont know, the further into his set, the more boring he got. I talked to a couple of people there who saw him at Crobar couple of weeks ago, they said he was alot better there. I was waiting for him to drop some tracks from his subliminal sessions cd, but didnt hear much of them before i left. Maybe he possibly played them later. The hours i listened to him, he just didnt seem to have much of a flow.
I also admit that the venue definitely made my night difficult to enjoy...the dance floor was about 110 degrees-i think i lost 30 pounds last night. Also after 4 AM waters, energy drinks, etc. were 10 bux each AND they club shut down all water coming from the sinks in the bathroom! WTF is that! It was harder to enjoy the music the later and later it got.
See everyone at ferry next week. |
I've been to parties where they shut the water off too, its fukkin really annoying, i feel yah...
