I really like the synth-work, well done. But what stands out for me is that kick - I'm not sure it really belongs there. Rather than driving along the groove, it just protudes almost running in parallel with the main mix. There's no interlock between kick and bass and hence no groove. If that's what was intended then fine - it's a taste thing, but I can imagine that this good synth work combined with a driving groove would add up to a much more attention grabbing track.
