So I've fallen in love with tuna. I mean, it's super healthy and it has all the minerals and protein necessary for optimum muscle growth. Two cans of tuna for lunch everyday are awesome! That's like 66 grams of protein right there!

i usually whip up giant bowls with lettuce, celery, tomato, pickles, mayo, splenda, green onions,dash of dill and eat it like 3 times a day! it rocks!

No. I mix it with chopped green peppers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and olive oil.
