In a McDonald's here in Munich you can order ringtones where you even can get the midi ringtones for "Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes" and "Envio - Time To Say Goodbye"
I myself use the following ringtones
Nalin & Kane - Beachball (G&D Mix) (Break): when family calls
Lostep - Burma (Sasha Remix): When a tranceaddict (mostly German) calls
Nalin & Kane - Beachball (G&D Mix) (Mainpart): when s.o. else from the phonebook calls
Tilt - The World Doesn't Know: for calls with numbers not from the phonebook
Paul van Dyk - For an Angel: Alarm
Where do i have them from? I have a Siemens ME65. I used a datacable and the software s25@once (www.s25atonce.de). First i cut out the part i wanted to have as ringtone (you can easily do that using audacity f.e.), converted it into m6v wave format (the mobile is using this wave compression for realtones) and put it on the mobile. thats it you don't need a data cable if you have infrared or bluetooth.
or if you prefer midi: you can get loads of trance midis at http://midi.johnsteenbergen.com/
