Well, after searching around for a good sub-£200 Mixer I thought this was the best one. After previously having a Numark DJ-In-A-Box setup, felt it was time to upgrade to 1210's and a nice Mixer. But I must say I was really disappointed. I just slipped it between the Numark decks, and the sound quality was poor compared to the previous (much worse!) Numark Mixer.

I'm not sure if I should have held out until I got the 1210's, and then tested it. But I sent it back, and am going for the DJM-300 instead. Anyone else used the Vestax before?

i would probably suggest the pcv 275 at that price range.

i don't think i have ever seen a pmc go for the same price as the vmc-04. the pmc is usually about $70.00 more.

i love the vmc-04. i have one at home. it's pretty much perfect for what i do, and will be doing once i get my denon 4500 in. it's not a rane mp-44 (the mixer i'm saving for) but you get what you pay for.

personally, i can never get myself to consider a pioneer product.
i used to work at a store than sold pioneer stuff, and i hated it. i also hate sony products too. but that's just me.
