does anyone know how I can do portforwarding on a Netscreen NS5GT router? It's sadly enough not in the list on www.portforwarding.com and the juniper networks site is just plain afwul.
Thanks,
Wim

apparently the company uses virtual IPs instead of standard port forwarding

While we're on the subject, how can you specify a range of ports to open on the Windows XP firewall? Obviously I can open ports for particular applications, but it only lets you specify one port number, rather than a range.
Anyone got any ideas?

why don't you add that particular application (point to its executable .exe file) in the exception list? then any port used by that application will be open.

My dad brought this router home from his work... God, I wish he would actually buy an official product one day. I'm asking Portforward.com for further help now, I hope they can help me out.
