none of the westbound or eastbound TTC buses on steeles are running. Finch is PACKED. I only got back, because i took the 97 bus, which runs north south on young.
The Business depot parking lot was flooded, at young and steeles, probably a good foot of water.
crazy ass weather, i love it!

I had to pick up my parents at the airport (via 401, from Avenue Road). I left at 3:15 this afternoon, and just got back 10 minutes ago.

And now the DVP is completely flooded south of Don Mills thanks to the Don River overflowing.. I doubt too many clubs will be packed tonight.
Also apparently there are still some people trapped in their cars waiting to be rescued! Just saw on cp24

so during the middle of the storm here in richmond hill. we decided to pack 4 people in a non-air conditioned car with foggy windows...and begin our adventure to *cough cough* "the spot" in ajax. an hour later....we were still in richmond hill...about 5 blocks from our houses. then decide to the take the high...the 407 wasnt bad...but the on ramp was brutal! the trip to ajax totalled 2hours. 5 parking lot lakes. 1 car stuck in the middle of the lake. a coffee and a peach juice. overall...interesting night to say the least...driving sucks in tornado weather!!!!
