Ever consider that Jump The Next Train refers to relationships? Going for a girl when you're afraid she'll say no? Emotional suicide maybe? Not physical? Personally I think "Jump The Next Train" refers to taking a chance and going for a girl -- look at the rest of the lyrics, not just one line. Just think about it
