There was severel discussion about the early trance tracks at TA, but it seems there isn't much information about the early trance (or techno trance) video clips.

Can you add some ?

Moby - Go
LaTour - Hypnomania
Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar
Dance 2 Trance - Power of American Natives

I've seen the Go clip on MTV (can't remember how it was tho), but I'm very doubtful about the original Cafe Del Mar having a videoclip..

Check out some of the old Studio !K7 X-Mix and Lux video series (recently re-released on DVD!). While not 'official' videos for these tracks, the computer animators certainly do the tracks justice in most cases.

many of the early trance classics first got their videos in the late 90s. for example power of american natives and café del mar.
