Hm, i don't recall the chorus starting with 'outta my way' at all, just the 'i'm gonna catch you' and the mixes i've downloaded dont sound like it.

Has to be Kosheen-Catch (Hiver and Hammer RMX)........maybe the song you heard........the dj or whatever pitched it up so that the song does not sound like any you d/led.
