CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET SAMPLES OF TUNES THAT ARE STRIPPED IN TO SEPERATE SECTIONS LIKE THE DRUMS PADS AND LEAD PARTS FOR MAKING REMIXES.

What exactly do you want to know?
If it is an official remix, you'll get a sample package from the producer on request.
If doing a bootleg or something, people usually cut original samples from a high quality source like an audio cd.

you get a request from the label which is releasing the original tune; or you browse a producer's website, send emails and wait for response, but it hardly works nowadays.
