Smiley DJ Live with cdjs and mixer!

Hey folks! 2 questions:
1:
I am kind of addicted to mixer+cdjs, i mean, i love to find the bpms and mix tracks , just like a Dj does. Now i am building my live act and i really wanted to use, besides a controller and the computer, the cdjs and mixer when performing! Do you guys know some nice ways i could do it?
2:
I hv this behringer mixer vmx200 ( http://www.zzounds.com/item--BEHVMX200 )which i use for Djing. Does it can be usefull to my music production in any way? Can i use it for any porpose at my studio?
Thanks a lot!
Cheers

Well, a 2 channel DJ mixer isn't that useable in a production studio setup, since it's only got 2 channels. But if you have any hardware synthesizers or drum machines (rather than software) you can probably use it to connect the audio to your computer, if you only have one stereo input in it.

code:
Synth 1 ---> |-------| | Mixer | --> Computer/Recorder Input Synth 2 ---> |-------|

Besides that, not much use for it...

Edit: And if you plan on getting hardware synths for production and DJ at the same time, I suggest keeping that mixer for DJ-ing and getting a regular 8 channel mixer, The Behringers cost like 60 bucks

If you're doing a live act, you could just burn pre-recorded elements and loops onto CDRs and then use the mixer to just juggle with them as you would with a sampler - but with a crossfader and EQ knobs. Use your imagination.
