I was curious to know where the opening lyrics came from. It sounds like there are three different people talking about various political aspects. One is talking about peoples responsibilities, another one about religion, and than the other talks about government policies I think. It's all being played overtop of Brian Eno - "An Ending" (Leama & Moor Mix). If anybody knows I'd appreciate an answer.
