Having trouble fading out of tracks

Hey guys, i have been having trouble fading out of tracks. I just dont think it sounds good when i fade out. I can fade in and beatmatch fine, but i just think it sounds like crap when i fade out/end a track. I have tried the crossfader, channel faders, gain, master volume, kills... what am i doing wrong? what do you use when fading out of tracks?

I appreciate any suggestions/tips..

thanks
bisco

When fading out of tracks, fade out at the end of each phrase. I.e. Phrase one, lower volume a bit, Phrase 2, a little more, Phrase 3 completely.

Learn Phrase matching (If not done so), learn to EQ better and the most important... good tracklisting!

fade out?
you should EQ out, for example, cut the bass, put the other bass in, bring melody from next track, cut melody on main track, etc

^oh yeah phase matching, everyone should do that

Just say no to fades.

EQ knobs are your friend.
