hey, Im new to mixing and everything alike. I've been messing around with fruity loops 3 for a while and understand a lot about it. Just recently I've been figuring out how the wasp and TS404 work. I've also been trying to create that really edgy sharp sound you always hear in trance. Do I need samples of that sound, or can I create them on the program? Also, I usually add delay and reverb to make it sound trancy, but is there more I should be doing? Help would be appreciated.

Yes, you did have questions about samples and software. But the software you were asking about isn't for mixing. What you are doing is producing. Hence, you should be posting this in the Producers forum.

Or you can close/delete it yourself and repost in the production forum.

Or better yet read through the posts in the Production forum. That will help you the most.
