first rant: you mixed 2 years on his equipment and you call it crap?...interesting

second: get rid of your audio shity players and buy something better...denon, pioner, stanton (even), or maybe the techniscs cd players which emulate the vinyl...that saves you from getting vinyl.

third: behringer stop looking at it...

and how much money you willing to spent on a mixer?

Save up for a numarkDXM09

It's $300 and I reccommend it after using it for like 30 minutes at guitar center. The faders are nice, crossfader is clean, cuts nice, and the efx are well done. Either BPM or control it by yourself. EQ are also nice. Get a plastic cover that goes over your mixer and any mixer will stay decent for a good amount of time.

the dxm06 is exactly the same as the dxm09 it just has one less channel so if u dont need 3 channels dont waste the extra money

havent had a chance to test them in a club / high noise environment but so far I love them.Load , block out noise and feel strong and sturdy.I have no problems ( a but heavy but that does'nt bother me)I will write a full review in about 4 weeks or so when I have burned them in and tested them in a high noise environment . but so far 10/10

thnx.. =)
hope 2 read ur DH1200 review in a while

about mixers: NEVER buy Behringers, they suck so hard, you can't even imagine X-(

im getting myself a Numark DM1050 soon. ive read a lot of reviews and ppl say its pretty good overall...the DM3050 is the 3-channel version i understand

theres one thing i like about numark mixers, the DM1050(3050),they're easy to use,every function is well-place.
the channel PFL-crossfader is a great thing, really handy. i was kinda suprised to find that the famous Pioneer DJM-600 doesn't have a CUE-MIX Function (balance between PFLs) which isn't very comfortable...

if you are choosing from Numark, Behringer and Gemini, get a NUMARK for sure

=)

So far its the new mark , what about the gemini fx7000?

I spent all my time mixing split cue and the first real gig I did was on a pioneer DJM-600 and lets just say it was not a good experiance. so I now always mix 1 ear in cans and one in house and if there are no monitors I just PFL track a and b.
