no, it's a 2/4 mate (ie kick - snare - kick - snare), exactly like in Abakus - Indu (Shiloh Remix)...

It's not four to the floor, there's not a kick on every measure.

PS. It is 4/4 too....just because it's breaks, that doesn't change the time signature either.
