Here's some DO's & DON'Ts for those going to see DESYN MASIELLO ON FRIDAY. Tangaloo is not in REVOLUCION, so you don't have to worry about all the thugs.
- BARS ARE OPEN ALL NIGHT. PARTY & DRINK ALL NIGHT.
- LEGAL DRINKING AGE IS 18. You don't have to worry about your fake ID not working here. If you're 18, you're set.
- DRESS CODE ENFORCED. Some club won't let you in with Tennis Shoes or T-Shirts. Jeans are OK, as long as you wear a button up shirt. Be prepared. I'm not sure if they will enforce the dress code on Friday.
- PARK IN THE US. Yes, park in the $8 Parking Lot on this side of the border, walk across the border and take a cab to TANGALOO. The Taxi Drivers know where it is.
- WEAR A CONDOM! NO JOKE! If you fuck a stranger, wear a condom! I don't want any of my TA's coming back with Herpes.
- Even though the club will open at 9pm, most people don't arrive to the Mexican clubs until after 11pm. If you arrive early, it might be dead for a while. Don't worry about it. It will get PACKED! Oh, if you don't buy presale, it might cost you somewhere between $20-$30 to get in. I think its like $20.
- TJ is 1 Hour South of Santa Ana.
- TAKE TWO FORMS OF ID. US Customs can randomly ask for two forms of ID when coming back. Form 1 = Drivers License/ID. Form 2 = Passport/Green Card/Visa/Birth Certificate.
- DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID. The worse thing you can do is spend a night in a Mexican jail.
- DON'T BRING ANYTHING ILLEGAL BACK. US Customs are hard and randomly check people.
- If you drive in TJ, DON'T DRIVE DRUNK BACK. The moment Customs asks for your ID/Passport and he lets you cross, there's usually a second checkpoint by the Highway Patrol/San Diego PD. They crack down on drunk drivers. The same DUI Laws apply.
- DONT DRINK IN THE STREETS. Mexico is strict on this.
- NO WEAPONS... Mexican police will fuck you in the ass if they catch you with a weapon.
- DON'T DRINK THE TAP WATER. Mexican Tap Water is not safe.
- EAT TACOS @ Tacos El Gordo or Tacos El Guero after the party. These are the bomb after party tacos. Best tacos ever.
- EXCHANGE YOUR DOLLARS FOR PESOS in an American Money Exchange. You will get more bang for your bucks this way.
- DON'T OVER ACCESORISE YOUR SELF. Don't take more jewelry than you have to.
- RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY WILL RESPECT YOU. Remember, you're in a foreign country and you're responsible for your own actions. Don't do anything stupid. Don't do anything you wouldn't want done to your self.
- Enjoy The Beautiful Women! Mexico has some of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
- VISIT PLAZA DEL ZAPATO. Before you go to the club, go to Plaza Del Zapato. It's a strip mall full of bars, that you can bar hop for free. Every bar has it's own theme and style of music. Not two bars are the same.
- DON'T FORGET TO TIP. Mexican bar workers salaries are tip dependable.
