How much is Iran paying you or your cronies? Make no mistake about it - sitting around, waiting for Iran to make weapons, while dialoguing, will not bring peace. It will bring temporary calm, until they ramp up production of warheads. Unchecked, US will be in sights within months. And unlike your hippie friends, nukes don't make distinctions between peaceful americans or warmongering counterparts.
Get real, if you're on the same continent as EU or US - you are a target.

Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true. |

What gets my goat is these friggin tree huggers drive gas-consuming cars, shop in stores that probably have deliveries made not on some horse and buggy but on a gas-guzzling 18-wheeler, they buy clothes not made by hand but built at factories that suck gas like Monica, they have plastic (that is made from oil) recycle bins for their plastic bottles and don't realize that a big part of the reason why they have some kind of a job or financial sustinance is because the oil industry in some part is feeding them, their families, and even the things that they come in contact with. Everything down to the plastic keyboard that they use to type this garbage and wire insulation for network cables to carry this rubbish out in the open.
... yet they are still against big oil and big corporations controlling it. Guess what - little mom and pop shops couldn't hack it - that's why they are not in business. Furthermore, like it or not, the only reasons why these sand zombies are still contained over there and not out here is because they have some kind of job that keeps them there. Like it or not oil is the lifeblood of this planet. when it runs out the word armageddon will finally have some substance and meaning (if not sooner).
That's what I hate about these friggin tree huggers... I don't support war but I don't support "all you need is love" mentality either. My philosophy runs along Al Capone's lines: "You can go a lot further with gun and smile than with smile alone".

Oil is so critical to world stability that you can't just ignore it or try to act like we're fighting over an inanimate object.
"No war for oil" is like saying "We're for going back to the stone age"...well, I can't back that cause brutha. |
God your a idiot, so your saying it's fine for a western friendly (sorry i laughed when i typed this) to invade a country, kill over 20000 innocent civillians for their own benefit, and thats a friendly government? Sheez, take your head out of your ass you ignoramus.
Your basically a fool who gets pulled in with this propaganda about US is trying to help the others, but hey, your too stupid to be taught the right beliefs so why bother, huh?
Come on, try to say something stupid again.
Heres a hint, when you throw together your hatrick of one way comments, keep them to yourself, your just making Americans look bad.

^^^WTF do you think most wars are fought over? Ideas? No, they are fought over commerce and the right to control the best commodities.
I never said I bought the argument that the war was about bringing Democracy to Iraq (although I think it has to be better than what they had before), in fact, I've said quite plainly that I believe it IS about oil.
You live in a fairy land. You should wake up and get a clue as to what the world is really all about, because oil affects your life too, not just mine. If Saddam had left the country, maybe so many innocent people wouldn't have died...ever think about that? But of course he wasn't going to, and of course he was going to let innocent people die.
What is your point? Don't fight any wars, no matter how justifiable, because innocent people may die? It happens...sad, but it's a fact of life. Should we stop fighting Terroists as well for this reason?

Ok look fair enough, i understand what you mean to a degree but that still doesn't give the right to any country to invade another to take their oil or whatever else stuff they may require.
What i get confused most is how u call America the western friendly country when you know they are doing this. How can you possibly call this as a friendly act. Whats the difference between scumbag thiefs who rob your everday convenience to US stealing something from one other.
No middle eastern country is denying America or any other country to buy oil but what America wants is to have it for free for the their own benefit. Friendly? I think not.
And don't bring up this whole terrorist crap. I agree with Saddam with thrown out of power, but what does that have to do with taking over the oil. It's all an American conspiracy dude, believe it or don't believe it. Saddam, Osama and many other so called terrorist all trained under CIA and now if you want to believe that they were told by the CIA to do these things or maybe just they wanted to gain power for themselves, then thats something for you to understand what is right.
