I'm a noob to electronic music, and I got a question. I love track #2 on the Dave Seaman - Therapy Sessions CD. Its called Melburn by Luke Chable, and I wanted to know what sub-genre it is? Is it progressive house?
Also any tracks you can reccommend that would be similar would be awesome, thanks!

umm chable has done a lot of melodic sorta stuff like this - check ride i guess....have a look at the producer names on the compilation cover and im sure if u have a search round for there tracks youll find more like it.
oh yeah check some steve may stuff - hes from melburn too - learnt a lot from chable( even some lo-step or some phil k or some anthony pappa stuff - all from melburn)- (:

I esp liked Bedrock - Forge and Shiloh's Mix of Because. the Lo-Step - Burma sounded like it was good, but it was only like 4 seconds of music, I'll check it out when I get home from work.
Appreciate the reccommendations everyone, still checking out some of the other stuff thats being posted.
