alesis air fx
has anyone had any experiece hooking this fx unit up through the send/recieves of a mixer? i have a stanton smx401 but im sure its the same way in general for all mixers.

sorry i wasnt more clear
basically, the airfx uses 2 sets of RCAs, but the send/recieves use 1/4 monos. i converted the monos to the RCAs and set the fx loops to the appropriate channels but it wouldnt work. im sure i have the send/return config right because i switched the cables once too.
it also helps that i really cant get anything to work on it...

Are you pushing the fx loop button on the channel you want to effect?

yeah.
i can tell that something from the air fx is giong to my mixer because i higher i turn up the "return" knob the more the mixer buzzes at no signal.
i sholda just went all out and got an efx1000 lmao
