Hey mate, if you're using Windows you already got one. If you don't feel comfortable looking for sound proggies and cracks and stuff just set your soundcard to "what you hear" or similar, play your video, and record it with the standard Windows Sound Recorder which comes with the operating system. Anyway, you'll end up with a wav file which is fine to use as a sample but is too bloody big soooo just grab any free encoder out there and create an mp3. Razorlame is a great frontend, so user friendly. Go here and grab it for free:
