I'm not to familiar with the style of music you're writing, but I can tell you that you need better monitoring..
Low end is mostly abscent, and instuments come in way too loud.
Try listening really closely to tracks in the style you like and concentrate on how they sound.
I'd also reccomend getting some of them into your comupter and looking at them with a spectrum analyizer and compare them to your work so you can see the "Shape" of the sound you're after.

Spectrum analyzers help out a lot when you're trying to produce. You can get rid of that anti-phasing if you have any and also gives you an idea of how your sound is being spread across the sound spectrum.
