Producers these days have evolved past the shallow mid-90's supersaw anthems.

First of all I'm not complaining. Im expressing my opinions about trance these days. I just wanted feedback on what others opinions were. And another thing, who are you to judge what I do for electronic music. For one I DJ when I'm not working. If it werent for the DJ's who the hell would play the tracks the producers develop. Like I said before It's nothing against producers, It just seems trance is taking a different direction then what it was in the past. I know all genres evolve, but trance seems to be becoming less throw your hand in the air because it such a good tune. Once again this is my opinion. Basically what im saying is that i've heard more and more trance lately that doesn't cantch my attention and make me wanna dance.

well all i gotta say is u havent been searching enough for good toones... if u spend time and actually look around you will find tons of "throw ur hand up in the air" songs...

No they haven't, that's exactly the problem. Every kid can make a supersaw anthem in a couple of hours these days... and that's what they keep doing over and over again.

As the genre gets more popular you'll see more and more questionable tracks out there. Just keep searching and you'll find some good stuff.

I loved some of 2000 stuff too, but a lot of the new stuff is pretty damn good too.
