and I dont remember if Avalon brought out Sasha & Digweed together. |
It's the Twilo history that gets them here.
Also, how can you say our residents are better? I heard Mark Tabberner's awesome

I still have yet to see Erick Morillo and Serge Devant but I just saw Loco Dice and Boris in Miami. I dont know for sure, but I heard that these guys are or have been Crobar residents and OMFG, did they amaze me in Miami. I want to see all these guys out here in LA
I guess the grass may just look greener on the other side. |
Serge was the opener for Ferry for the whole LEF residency (except the 1 time Matthew Dekay opened).
Morillo wasn't a Crobar resident as far as I'm aware, but played kind of frequently, now he plays in NYC all the time since he's a co-owner of Pacha.
Boris is a Saturday night resident, though I've never seen him because I rarely go to Crobar on Saturday nights and from what I've heard, he's taken over Jonathan Peter's crowd since JP isn't around as much anymore. I have heard that he's decent, though.
Loco Dice has never been a resident here. The only time I've seen him even playing here is when he opened for Carl Cox in October.
Yeah, grass is always greener. You guys got Sasha and Zabs in the same night last time, though the two of them playing different nights was good, too.
