Playing games from an *.ISO image file
How do I play a game from a *.iso file that is an image of a whole CD? I want to do it that way to increase the access spped of my games and so I don't get skips and slowdown on my games. My friend's uncle was doing it but, he didn't tell me how to do it. I saw Fantom CD but, does anyone know how well this works? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean you want to play the ISO from your computer without having to burn the CD image to disk, then you need ISOBuster.
It lets you open the ISO to you hard drive and play the game from there. I attached ISOBuster (you just need to change the extension to .exe from .mp3.
You might need to get a no CD patch to play the game. Try this site.

OK I realize I do not know how to attach a file correctly here, so if you need it just let me know.

Thanks! I already have ISObuster... Thanks for the link! I'm still looking for Marco V - Live at Trance Energy on 2000-04-29. The total playing time is 88 minutes, 21 seconds...

I think Daemon tools is the best "cd-rom emulator". It creates a fake cdrom where you can different cd images like iso, ccd, cue and so on.. http://www.daemon-tools.com/
