16 April - Friction
23 April - Nic Fanciulli
30 April - Paul Oakenfold
7 May - Gabriel & Dresden
14 May - Radio 1's Big Weekend Afterparty
Not sure which 'friction' it is, choice of a house or d&b one, i'm hoping badly for the d&b one.... the others I know will interest some people here if not all

heh i think i can guess.... Oakey's will be one that has way too much to live upto, and friction will be good if it's the D&B guy as I like his productions.

I'm actually intrigued a bit by Oakie's just to see what he can actually muster for an 'essential mix'. I'm just going to say if I hear Traffic I won't be shocked

that's exactly my thoughts. I Mean the guy has done so many in the past which people still play time & time again, with his current path/sounds I'm unsure how he'll go. His mixing will have to be top notch too to pull it through as he rarely plays with the energy of his older sets where the tempo alone could attone for the odd bad mix

"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge

Faniculli's should be good, Friction, sure, Oakey's will definitely be interesting, G&D's will most likely be pants, and if I could see a lineup for the Big Weekend Afterparty I could then force out some prejudice.

Looking forward to hearing the Oakenfold one, will no doubt have lots of new material from his forthcoming album
