i dident see any reviews for this so i though id start it off
i got there at 12:30 not that bad of a line 20 min wait
got in and mauro was already on playin house and continued to play house till about 4 then between 4 and 4:30 he went the fuk off banging techno/techy house type shit that just made you go mental
then at 4:30 he slowed down for dt who came on at 5
now i only saw dt one time when he was at sf on thanksgiving eve a few years back and iam not really into house myself iam more of a trance,tech-trance,techno kinda guy
but dt was dropping some crazy shit
the vibe there was unbeliveable everyone was danceing no dj worshiping just people haveing a good time
and the girls that were there omg i never seen so many pretty girls in my life i was danceing with as many as possable lol
low points of the night were i was expecting mauro to play a lil more techno i mean he couldent really go off because he was opening for dt but still i would have loved to hear a lil more tech stuff
and my friends had to pay 50$ at the door and it said 40$ i belive at the door
crobar is shady as shit
overall i had a great night

SOunds like a sick party , I saw DT at Ultra fest he was fuckin insaine i dont feel house to much but he plays some hot shit that whole tent was going crazy

great night overall, the crowd was pretty decent, not as good (or fun) as Ferry's crowd on his closing night of LEF, but still up there... Mauro wasnt playin house though, it was all tech, started with some electro-techno stuff, then got into some minimal tech here and there (not too minimal) with a hint of, yes, housey/tribal tech as well, and yeah, right around 345-4AM he was just RELENTLESS with the hard tech, i was like wut the helllllllllllllllllllllll.... its a shame he didnt play more of it from the start but w.e., his set was interesting nonetheless.... some of my dumb shit friends were like "so whens Mauro comin on? i dont like Danny".... hahaha retards

i need a few tracks ID'd from Mauro's set....


1. it was this ultra hard tribal tech song with diverse tribal drums and bongos being played, he played it early on like 1:30ish right in the middle of all this minim-electro-techno he was playin so it caught everyone off guard, sounded like some hard tribal tech any New York house DJ would play after 6AM, just sick dark stuff

2. hard tech vs electro track around the 4 o'clock mark, maybe a little before with one scremaing vocal, "unbelieveable!!!!!" and the beat came in

3. all the songs around number 2, that whole line of tech songs until he brought the volume down after 4 and started with a new fresh slower track...
