After toiling over the decision to post this for a couple hours for fear of some on the reactions I would no doubt create, i realized that its not my decision that was bothering me but the question of "Where do we go from here?"

I understand this video will be extermly painful to watch for many of you as it was for me. But with that in mind I believe it is absolutely essential for you to take 2 hours of your day and place them in the hands of this video.
