BIO: When Felix the Housecat is DJing he is about one thing and one thing only: making the party go insane. While Felix is internationally known for his production work and remixes (for the likes of Madonna and Kylie Minogue to name a couple), he is most at ease when he is behind the decks reading the dancefloor and making clubbers go berzerk. Drawing sounds from house, electroclash, and even mainstream hip hop and classic rock, Felix does not fit neatly into any DJ mold, moreover he has been at the forefront of genre-breaking dance music for the past several years. Felix's last appearance in Edmonton was outstanding: just when you thought he couldn't surprise you any more with his eclectic taste in party tunes, he would pull out an original version of a classic rock song, then seamlessly float back to ass-shaking funky electro house! Due to popular demand, the Cat is coming back to The Standard, ready to drench the dancefloor in pure party beats once more!!!
