Sunquest - In to the deep blue (Massive Remix)

Hi guys.
It has been 1 year nearly since i posted something here. Reasons were i had no time or mood to produce.

This summer i wanne try to get back, hope it goes alright, even if inpiration is low atm hehe

This project i had a while and recently finished to get started. it's not a 10/10 tune but hope decent enough.

Any tips, comments, feedback is welcome!

Remix

Regards

Fahad

You haven't lost your atmostphere.

1:11 fm squelch is cool.

I think that breakbeat could have started earlier, and had a bit more snare presence. It'd be nice to have some drive back in the song. maybe around the 4:00 mark. I liked that breakbeat when I heard it, but I think it could have been more prominent, and gotten a bit more attention.

The synth work sounds a bit thin in places, but for some reason I like it better. It brings the focus onto the underlying patterns, which is where it should be.

indeed i misses the massive massive stuff!

let's have a look how you raped ron's track!

kick is cool!
nice bleep perc!
that airy synth is really good!
break is exciting! deep and chilled atmosphere inside...
lead synth i like very much...melody is great! very chilled! reminds me of some thrillseekers stuff!
break patterns are ok...
build-out is good too!

overall it's a nice track! as mentioned the synths could have a little bit more power, but it's not necessary, because it underlines the chilled feeling!

i really enjoyed listening, fahad!
hope to hear some more tunes by you again in the near future! dont waste your talent...

// Lars

listening...
very nice bassline.
cool fx @ 1:11
few percs, but they're doing their job.
very laid back trance track....
I like the phaser/flanger on the lead
the one thing that bothers me is that the track sounds muffled, and except for that, I liked it. good job

Review

Intro - nice and straight into it, kick is phatt, percussion is cool, nice startup arrangement. Vox effects / atmosphere is well done. Dont know about the hi sub bass here. Synth work is chilled and nice, the buildup is great.

Breakdown - Nicely filtering out, nothing too complicated. Pad work is great, white noise atmosphere is brill, i like that hehe. breaks are different, and keep the chill sensation of the track going, What a lovely breakdown, i really like that.

Outro/Other - Well arranged and presented.

Conclusion/Other - Great work, the bass is probablies the only thing i can moan about but then again if a deeper bass was put in there you may not notice it so im gonna leave that. nice work, keep it up

Cheers for comments guys.

I just finished formatting my pc today so i hope to have a nice fresh start feeling with reason =). had to many refills imo, it can make producing less effective.
