Did a quick search on Google and found www.miss-jma.de

Miss JMA = Jessica Marnie Anders and is 23 years old.

The site (all in German) only says Spring 2000 / Halbstark

Only remix I know is
C-Base - Discofans [Miss JMA Remix] (Modem Records) - February 2001
