I had to stay later because both my boss and my mentor wanted to go for drinks after the event and I FUCKING STAYED OUT WITH THEM UNTIL 12:40 AM!!?!!!?!!!

I wanted to leave SO BADLY from 9 pm on but I couldn't because this was important bonding time with the "seniors" that I just couldn't pass up!!!! I even mentioned it to my mentor when my boss went to the bathroom that I have an important engagement to attend but he looked at me with the angriest look and said, "DON'T YOU DARE FUCKING LEAVE" (and he never says "fuck") so I was like holy shit, I guess it's important.

Well, at least the two of them want to take me to a strip club or maybe even Vegas for my stag (oh did I tell anyone I'm getting married in October? ) so I guess I got something out of it
