they opened one about 10 years ago, did not work (not surprised).

with so many quality food offerings in the city, taco bell can't compete.

I eat healthy, but i have a weakness for Taco Bell.When i lived in the states it was sometimes the only thing open at 4am.Its like crack, dog food in a tortilla,but its so damn good.
