Well..heres the deal, Ive got 110 pics i need to resize. right now they are all 1280X960

I want something a little more net appropriate like 600X450 or something, and I need help doing this!
Ive been told Photoshop can do it, but in inept with photoshop...I followed an online guide for batch instructions, but all that happened is that my file size got smaller, but the pics r the same!

What am I doing wrong? I record the actions as Image size to 600X450, then the next action as save, then I stop recording actions.

is there something I am forgetting? is there something easier?

help me out!
