pre load and post load with 5-htp and l-tyrosine, you're looking for about 500mg of each for each loading phase. the L-tyrosine is more effective during a preloading session at least 2 hours prior to rolling. Besides that eat well and keep your potasium and magneisum levels up to avoid cramping.
The gatoraide as mentioned will help replace your lost electrolites.
