I am Looking to rent an industrial loft for one night (around july 8th). It might also be a private loft if you feel it could accomodate loud music untill 3 am.
The venue will be used for a 300 person party. It will be done in a profesionnal manner and your loft will be taken under a cleaning company's wing afterwards and should look cleaner then initially.

L'emplacement sera utilisé pour une soirée d'autour 300 personnes dans un concept professionel. Une entreprise de nettoyage sera mendatée pour nettoyer si necéssaire.
