latency of Ti sound when automation is used

hello. i made a few synth parts from a Ti and everything was on sync....then when i added some automation (filter cutoff) and mixed it down the main synth seems a tad bit delayed.........anyone experienced this>>?? this is with the new 1.1 os.........thanks
