So I started an Event Thread but I wanted to see if there is enough interest because if there isn't then I will scrap the whole idea.

I am heading up to my cottage in Parry Sound on July 10, 2006 and I am hoping we can have a cottage party for at least the weekend of July 14-16.

I would like to have some DJs spinning throughout the weekend and I hope there is some interest from our great TADJs.

I am working on a special guest DJ right now.....I don't know for sure if it will work out but I have my fingers crossed. (since there has been a lack of interest I had to cancel MO's appearance)

So let me know if you are interested?

How can a weekend of Beer, Beats, Beach and Boating go wrong.

For those who are still interested in coming to the cottage from July 14-16 P.M. and I will give you directions......getting to parry sound is easy but the cottage may be a little complicated.

1.Take the HWY-400 exit- EXIT 359- toward BARRIE. 0.5 miles
2.Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 400 N. 51.4 miles

10.Turn LEFT onto EMILY ST. 0.4 miles
11.EMILY ST becomes ROSE POINT RD. 0.1 miles

That is as far as any map will take you....the rest is on Haunted Indian Land that not even the government can get satellite images of...you think I am joking but try....you can't.

12. Follow Rose Point Rd. till you get to a bridge crossing over to the island.
13. Follow that road until you get to the Indian Cemetary.....you will turn left at the cemetary.
14. Follow that road until you get to a "Y" in the road and you will want to stay to the left. There will be a small lake on the left side and a run off creek on the right side.
15. Stay on that road until you come to another "Y" in the road and stay to the left again.

I will provide the rest of the directions.......just pm me.

my cottage is in Bala on bala bay , lake muskoka? are you close to that> any other weekend other then this comming one and I would go up north, but i am takign care of my friends cats, which is fun - considering my latest loss! but I think i am allergic to cats, actually I know for certain i am. this is just a random tangent!
